As soon as we met Randolph, with his friendly approach and confidence , we were at once satisfied that we were in good hands.

We had no 'set' plan and within an hour he had made many suggestions and inspired us with his understanding of landscape and design. I recall being impressed by his certainty and his knowledge of materials regarding the stone that most suited our project.

Initially a paving job, it took only a glance through his portfolios , that soon had us set on an epic feature wall below our wet edge on our swimming pool. Although this was not originally in our ideas, in hindsight now, it is such a pleasure to admire as it softens gently from pool to garden.

His versatility was also noticable as he moved freely from sandstone pavers , to ceramic tiling our spa and 14 meter wet edge. He crafted several basalt and sandstone stairs and landings , as well as sourcing many varieties of plants to create a tropical feel around our pool. His feature gardens in rocks delicately adorned with rare native grasses was proof of his dedication to going the extra mile to leave us with something unique and special.

As time progressed it was clear to me that Randolph is indeed an artist in his own right. His talent with stone is a signature style and his speciality is a natural blend with a distinct elegance.

Throughout the project , Randy was always polite and his presence around the place was pleasant , along with his workers. He is a solid, down to earth character and we continue our friendship to this day.

The end result speaks clearly for itself. We are overwhelmed with the difference this area has made to our home life. The place looks fantastic and there is no doubt in my mind that much of this can be accredited to the vision of his artistic eye and quality craftmanship.
